Ethyl maltol is kind of safety and inpoisonous, good applied efficiency,small additional quantity food additives,is widely used in food, beverage,flavor and fragrance,frui wine,tobacco etc, to immprove the seet taste. Specially used in dessert to improve the sweet taste. And it can also extend th storage life.

Application: It is usually used to prepare solution. Dissolved in 55 times of hot water, or 17 times of propylene glycol, then get proper amount according to production need. It can increase the aroma, sweetness and synthesize aroma.
